• Met with client to discuss infographics and overall imagery

For this project, there was a large series of revisions, as information needed to be edited and there were multiple departments that needed to approve of the final piece.

Adobe Illustrator

Three illustrations, one for each month of the summer, to be given to adult patients to help with mindfulness exercises. 

For this project, the client sent me some inspiration pictures to understand the "summer vibe" they wanted to convey. Overall, for this project, I was given total creative freedom!  Like other projects, the first step I took was research. I studied how other illustrators created coloring pages for an adult audience, and created a few hand-drawn sketches before creating them in Illustrator.

Survey cards were needed for nurses to leave behind after a home visit to encourage patients to share feedback either on the card itself or by using a QR code and filling it out online.

Needed:

• Updated look and feel.
• New QR code implemented with space for the nurse to add their employee number for tracking.
• Final version for print.

• Creative brief was sent along with photos of the outdated card.
• Two versions (of each side) were created and presented for the client's review.
• Final version was selected, QR codes were placed, and files were prepared for print.

Adobe InDesign

• Template needed to educate and inform patients about services provided by Nurse Practitioners (NP).
• Designed to grab attention, while providing much needed information.

• Creative brief was sent.
• I researched examples to use as inspiration for my design.
• I created preliminary sketches to plan how I would create a compelling design while integrating Strive's branding.
